In Ayurveda, space (akasha) is the first element. Nothing new can arrive until there is room for it to land. Manifesting the life you want is often less about adding and more about subtracting: checking in on what truly feeds your vision versus what quietly drains it, and learning to say no to anything that does not support your goals. I share my own biggest no, leaving a job I loved to make room for the life I was building, and how the space you clear becomes your capacity.

When this year kicked off in our little town square in Gettysburg there was excitement in air.
