Sound Healing in Sedona

Sound healing with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls is a therapeutic practice that utilizes the vibrations and tones produced by crystal bowls to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. Promising clinical evidence supports that the vibrations generated by the bowls positively interact with brain waves, promoting a sense of calm and harmony. The sound and vibrations emitted by the singing bowls are thought to have several therapeutic benefits, including:

  • Deep relaxation: The soothing tones and vibrations can induce a state of deep relaxation, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and tension.

  • Balancing energy centers: The sound waves are believed to resonate with the body's energy centers (chakras), helping to balance and harmonize their flow of energy.

  • Meditation and mindfulness: The serene sounds of the crystal bowls can support meditation practices by providing a focal point for concentration and facilitating a state of mindfulness.

Investment: $40 per person for 1-hour.

When: Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:00pm.

    • One person - $125 for 1-hour.

    • Two to four people - $225 for 1-hour.

    • Five to eight people - $325 for 1-hour

    • Nine to 10 people - $425 for 1-hour

  • Option-2: Offsite (Sedona or West Sedona Only*).

    • One person - $200 for 1-hour

    • Two to four people - $350 for 1-hour

    • Five to eight people - $500 for 1-hour

    • Nine to 10 people - $600 for 1-hour

    • Eleven or more people, contact us for pricing.

 

* If your location request is outside Uptown Sedona or West Sedona, e.g., Slide Rock, Village of Oak Creek, Camp Verde,​ or Cottonwood, there will be an additional $75 travel fee charge.
