Sound healing with singing bowls is a therapeutic practice that utilizes the vibrations and tones produced by the bowls to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. Promising clinical evidence supports that the vibrations generated by the bowls positively interact with brain waves, promoting a sense of calm and harmony. The sound and vibrations emitted by the singing bowls are thought to have several therapeutic benefits, including:

Options:

Deep relaxation: The soothing tones and vibrations can induce a state of deep relaxation, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and tension.

Balancing energy centers: The sound waves are believed to resonate with the body's energy centers (chakras), helping to balance and harmonize their flow of energy.
Meditation and mindfulness: The serene sounds of the crystal bowls can support meditation practices by providing a focal point for concentration and facilitating a state of mindfulness.
Clearing and cleansing: The vibrational frequencies of the bowls are thought to clear stagnant or negative energy, promoting a sense of renewal and rejuvenation.

* If your location request is outside Uptown Sedona or West Sedona, e.g., Oak Creek Canyon, Village of Oak Creek, Camp Verde, or Cottonwood, there will be an additional $75 travel fee charge.

** Sound on the land requires a 15-30 minute hike to and from a trailhead parking lot to a Red Rock location. Please note the U.S. Forest Service limits groups to seven people in the Coconino National Forest plus a guide. If you have more than seven people in your group, please contact us to discuss options. Also please note Red Rock events are not always accessible for individuals with mobility concerns or limitations.
