Sedona Retreat and Event Coordination

Please note we are permitted by the U.S. Forest Service to take groups into the Coconino National Forest to lead yoga hikes, vortex tours, sound healing sessions, and more.

We live here ... We know here.

Are you planning to run a retreat or event in Sedona? If so, there are a myriad of administrative and logistical considerations you should be aware of. Yes, Sedona is an incredibly beautiful place filled with an almost unlimited choice of outdoor activities as well as food, art and culture options, yet all of these considerations and options can be overwhelming.
Choosing the options best for you and your guests can be incredibly difficult. Unfortunately, and all too frequently, many Sedona retreat and event organizers have not been able to fully conduct their due diligence and have ended up conducting retreats and events that left their participants a bit disappointed. It is hard to believe for many of our visiting retreat and event organizers how many considerations need addressing.
This is exactly why we are offering consulting and partnership services for retreat and event organizers ... We want you and your guests to come away with nothing but great things to say about how you successfully planned, organized, and conducted your Sedona retreat or event.

Our How to Host Retreats, Conferences, Trainings, and Other Events in Sedona Workshop, and our four-day demonstration retreat (date TBD), are where we will provide you with a comprehensive and in-depth overview of how to successfully plan and conduct a retreat or event in Sedona.
