Service Description

Hatha yoga is where it all began. This foundational practice brings together breath, movement, and stillness in a way that leaves you feeling both energized and deeply calm. In our 60-minute Hatha class, you'll move through a mindful sequence of postures (asanas) held long enough to feel, understand, and settle into each one. This isn't a race. It's an invitation to slow down, connect with your body, and build a practice that's sustainable and real. Expect a well-rounded class that includes: — Standing and seated postures for strength and flexibility — Breathwork (pranayama) woven throughout — Core stability and balance work — A restful closing savasana to integrate everything Hatha yoga is an excellent choice if you're new to yoga and want to learn proper alignment and foundational poses, returning to your practice after time away, looking for a slower alternative to flow-based classes, or craving a practice that works your body without rushing it. Classes are taught by experienced, instructors who offer modifications so every pose is accessible, whether you're in your first week of yoga or your tenth year. Mats and props are available in studio. Bring water and wear something you can move comfortably in. Come as you are. Leave better than you arrived.
