Sedona Yoga & Wellness Retreat - April 30 - May 5, 2023

Please review all of the information below. 



  • All lodging options require a $500 deposit per person, i.e., if sharing a room, each person will need to pay the $500 deposit fee as well.

  • Deposits are non-refundable:

    • To receive a credit for your deposit, which can be applied to future events, store purchases, Ayurvedic counseling sessions, Reiki sessions, or yoga classes, you must cancel your registration in writing 120-days in advance of the event start date. Note: If you do not cancel your request in writing 120-days in advance of the event start date, you will forfeit your deposit and no credit or refund will be provided.

  • If a future local, state or Federal Government shutdown occurs the retreat will be cancelled and rescheduled.

Your Remaining Balance:


  • Your remaining balance must be paid 90-days in advance of the event start date; failure to do so may result in you forfeiting your registration and deposit.

  • Upon receipt of your deposit, your remaining balance and payment arrangement will be communicated to you in writing.

Code of Conduct: 

  • All participants will review and agree to (by signing) Down Dog Sedona's Code of Conduct  (Select the pdf below).  Signed agreements will be scanned and emailed to

  • Failure to fully comply with Down Dog Sedona's Code of Conduct will be grounds for removal from the retreat without refund.



Room Options:


  • Rooms are on a first come, first served basis.

  • Room rates and total program costs vary depending on the option selected (see options below).

  • If you have a roommate in mind, please contact us immediately via email, and please note and advise your roommate to make his or her deposit as well.
