Hosting Retreats, Trainings, Conferences, and Events in Sedona

Please note we are permitted by the U.S. Forest Service to take groups into the Coconino National Forest to lead yoga hikes, vortex tours, sound healing sessions, and more. Conducting unpermitted, commercial operations in the Coconino National Forest carries with it a $5000 fine if ticketed by a Park Ranger.

We live here ... We know here.

Are you planning to run a retreat or event in Sedona? If so, there are a myriad of administrative and logistical considerations you should be aware of. Yes, Sedona is an incredibly beautiful place filled with an almost unlimited choice of outdoor activities as well as food, art and culture options, yet all of these considerations and options can be overwhelming.

Choosing the options best for you and your guests can be incredibly difficult. Unfortunately, and all to frequently, many Sedona retreat and event organizers have not done their area due diligence and ended up conducting lackluster retreats and events. It is hard to believe for many of our visiting retreat and event organizers how many considerations need addressing.  This is exactly why we are offering consulting and partnership services for retreat and event organizers ... We want you and your guests to come away with nothing but great things to say about how you successfully planned, organized and conducted your Sedona retreat or event.

Join us for one of our scheduled How to Host Retreats, Conferences, Trainings and Other Events in Sedona Workshop, or join us for a four-day demonstration retreat (date TBD) where we will provide you with a comprehensive and in-depth overview on how to successfully plan and conduct a retreat or event in Sedona.

Our next How to Host Retreats, Conferences, Trainings and Other Events in Sedona Workshop is June 18th and you can attend in person or via Zoom. Learn more or contact us.
