Sedona Standup Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga

SUP Yoga is a partnership with Verde Adventures and Alcantara Winery. Come join us for a 60-minute, all-levels SUP yoga class, and then enjoy your food-wine credit at the Alcantara Winery Tasting Room.  

 

Ticket Price: $115 for a 60-minute session and this includes a $10 tasting room credit.

What to bring: Water attire; sunhat or visor; sunglasses; suntan lotion; water bottle; water shoes; towel (there are open-air showers at Alcantara Vineyard)

 

Location: Be at the Alcantara Winery overflow parking area near the Verde Adventures boat house by 10:45am (Class begins at 11am). When entering the Alcantara Winery property, follow the signage pointing to, "Water to Wine," "Weddings," and "Beach."
