Sedona Standup Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga

In partnership with Verde Adventures and Alcantara Winery, come join us for a one-hour, all-levels SUP yoga class, and then enjoy your wine credit at the Alcantara Winery Tasting Room.  

 

Dates and Times: Saturdays 11:30am – 12:30pm. This event is rain or shine.

What to bring: Water attire; sunhat or visor; sunglasses; suntan lotion; water bottle; water shoes; towel (there are open-air showers at Alcantara Vineyard)

 

Location: Be at the Alcantara Winery overflow parking area near the Verde Adventures boat house by 11:15am (when entering the Alcantara Winery property, follow the signage pointing to, "Water to Wine" and "Beach."
