Sedona Standup Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga

This is a seasonal offering beginning late spring through early fall due to the chilly water temperature of the Verde River.

 

SUP Yoga is a partnership with Verde Adventures and Alcantara Winery. Come join us for a 90-minute, all-levels SUP yoga class, and then enjoy your wine credit at the Alcantara Winery Tasting Room.  

 

Dates and Times: We will pick this service offering back up in the April - May 2024 timeframe (the water is too cold during the fall and winter seasons).

 

Ticket Price: $125 for a 90-minute session and this includes a $20 tasting room credit.

What to bring: Water attire; sunhat or visor; sunglasses; suntan lotion; water bottle; water shoes; towel (there are open-air showers at Alcantara Vineyard)

 

Location: Be at the Alcantara Winery overflow parking area near the Verde Adventures boat house by 11:15am (when entering the Alcantara Winery property, follow the signage pointing to, "Water to Wine" and "Beach."
