Sound Healing on The Land
Sound healing with sound bowls, typically with either Tibetan or crystal bowls, is a therapeutic practice that utilizes the vibrations and tones produced by the bowls to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. Promising clinical evidence supports that the vibrations generated by the sound bowls positively interact with brain waves, promoting a sense of calm and harmony.

Vortex Fun Facts:
-
Vortices are sites believed to be where spiritual energy is concentrated, for example, The Great Pyramids, Stonehenge, Machu Picchu, and Sedona.
-
Contrary to what most people are told or led to believe, the whole area of Sedona is considered a vortex and the entire area has been scientifically proven to have an incredibly strong Electromagnetic Field (EMF). Additionally, the geology surrounding Sedona contains large concentrations of iron, which is magnetically amplified by the large amounts of crystalized quartz embedded in the rock. The iron in the rock is what gives Sedona its red rock hue.
-
True, individuals may feel overwhelmingly drawn to iconic Sedona landmarks such as Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock or Boynton Canyon and consider these locations as specific vortex sites; however, this compelling feeling is due in large part to the neuroscience of looking up. In other words, looking up at spectacular scenery has been scientifically proven to have positive effects on human brain waves, thereby, bringing individuals into a meditative and relaxed state with an overwhelming sense of calm.
