Service Description
Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep", is one of the most powerful practices for nervous system restoration you'll ever experience. And the best part? You don't have to do a thing except lie down and listen. In this 60-minute guided session, you'll be led through a systematic meditation that brings you into the deeply relaxed state between waking and sleep where your body repairs, your mind releases, and a single hour can feel like several hours of rest. No experience necessary. No flexibility required. No effort at all, really. You simply arrive, settle onto your mat, close your eyes, and let your instructor guide you the rest of the way. Yoga Nidra is particularly effective for: Chronic stress and anxiety, Difficulty sleeping or unwinding, Mental fatigue and burnout, Emotional processing and release, Deepening your overall meditation practice Each session includes a body scan, breath awareness, visualization, and a sankalpa (personal intention) practice. You'll leave feeling genuinely restored, not just relaxed. All props are provided. Wear comfortable clothing you can lie still in, and bring a warm layer if you tend to get cool. This class is open to all levels. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Yoga Nidra meets you exactly where you are.
