POSTPONED: Date TBD-Chakra 101 Workshop

We are pleased to announce that Leslie Dull-Runkle, Energy Healer, Holistic-Spiritual Teacher, and owner of Etheric Connections, will be offering a virtual Chakra 101 Workshop on November 21st at 10:30am via Zoom to our Down Dog Gettysburg community. In this 90 minute workshop, Leslie will:

• Define the seven main chakras.
• Explain the role of each of the seven main chakras.  
• Discuss the colors associated with each of the seven main chakras.
• Identify physical and emotional qualities related to each chakra as well as the bodily glands associated with each energy center.
• Discuss common crystals that aid and assist chakra function.

Maintaining chakra health and balance assists us in living a healthy emotional and physical life. This Chakra 101 Workshop will enable you to have a better understanding of the connection between your emotional and physical well-being. 

You are encouraged to have a pen and journal ready.
