Whether you are new to yoga or have a regular practice learning proper alignment is important in order to avoid injury. During this session you will learn about building poses from the foundation up and how to check your alignment to build strength and flexibility. We will work through each of poses in the Ashtanga Sun Salutation A (mountain pose, forward fold, halfway lift, plank, low plank, upward facing dog, and downward facing dog) which we use in our All-levels vinyasa flow classes. This class is offered once a month.
